The Versatility x Livery collection was inspired by Japanese drift car graphic wraps. I was specifically inspired by a graphic designer that designs livery wraps for real life drift cars. I was fortunate enough to be able to collaborate with the artist EDC Wraps (@edcgrphcs on Instagram). With these designs as inspiration I created my own custom textile designs to be printed on fabric used for the fashion collection.
Project Brief: Design a custom print to be used for uniforms and additional product at Hua Momona Farms Maui. Textile design competition that I received second place in. First and second place winners have their textile designs being used for products such as uniforms, merchandise for sale, etc. for Hua Momona Farms in Maui, Hawaii.
Textile Design work & Prints I created for AKIRA to be produced for clothing samples and fabric swatches. Select textile designs are currently being used on clothing sold for the AKIRA label online and in stores.
Bath Spa University in Bath, UK winter textile design program invites students to use the dye and screen printing labs to create original surface designs. During my time at Columbia College Chicago, I was fortunate enough to go on at Bath Spa University. I completed a textile design course where I focused on screen printing my graphically designed print created on Adobe Illustrator.
